Harmon, Dr. Aaron

Dr. Aaron Harmon is the General Manager and Director of Quality at Inanovate where he oversees the execution of their operational strategy. He is also responsible for the implementation and oversight of their Quality Management System for FDA compliance. He previously served in management roles at both Novartis and Elanco. 

Dr. Harmon is cofounder of the quality assurance professionals network called QUIBIT and he is the Host of the Inside Out Quality Podcast. 

In addition to his role at Mount Marty University, he also holds faculty appointments at the University of South Dakota and at South Dakota State University.
