Learning Accessibility Services
We are committed to creating an equal learning environment for everyone. We provide opportunities for qualified students with disabilities in accordance with state and federal law, including the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 or the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
We work with qualified students, in consultation with other members of the community as necessary, to identify, facilitate and provide appropriate academic and residential accommodations and auxiliary aids and services.
Who Can Qualify?
Most students that had an IEP or 504 plan in high school will qualify for reasonable accommodations. In addition, students with the following may qualify:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder/Neurodivergent
- Blind/Low Vision
- Deaf/Hard of Hearing
- Physical Disability
- Speech Disorder
- Specific Learning Disability
