Edwards, Dr. Melissa

Title: Professor of Biotechnology

Department: Biotechnology

Dr. Melissa Edwards currently serves as a Science and Technology Fellow at the U.S. Department of Defense.

Her prior work includes the development of applications for the clinical management of blood-borne cancers. She has faculty appointments at several institutions in Clinical Sciences and Cell and Molecular Biology.

Dr. Edwards has a B.S. in Medical Anthropology, a M.S. in Biotechnology, and a Ph.D. in Cell and Molecular Biology.
