Jarrell, Dr. Dillon

Title: Professor of Biotechnology

Department: Biotechnology

Dr. Dillon Jarrell currently serves as a Scientist of Allogeneic Cancer Immunotherapies at Umoja Biopharma.

His prior work in Pediatric Regenerative Medicine at the University of Colorado combined expertise in biomaterials, cell biology, heart development, and bioreactor design to engineer heart tissue for the correction of infant heart defects. Earlier in his career, Dr. Jarrell served at Viridian Therapeutics, Inc. and New Sky Energy, Inc.

Having earned his B.S. in Chemical and Biological Engineering and his Ph.D. in Bioengineering Dr. Jarrell has a passion for developing novel and translational solutions for human health needs.
